- Which tools does Calibrate integrate with?

For sending, you can plug in your own SendGrid, Mailgun, or SMTP provider, or let Calibrate manage sending from your verified domain.
- Does the QuickBooks sync go both ways?
- No, it's one-way from Calibrate into QuickBooks Online, and it covers invoices and payments — customers, invoice lines, tax, and the payments against them. It does not sync purchase orders, vendors, or bills, and it does not pull data back from QBO. It's available on the Plus plan.
- Where does money from online payments go?
- Into your own Stripe account. You connect Stripe to Calibrate, customer card and ACH payments settle to you, and Stripe pays out to your bank on its normal schedule. Calibrate never holds your funds and takes no percentage of customer payments — you pay Stripe's processing fees, as you would anyway.
- What happens if an integration goes down?
- Nothing you're doing in Calibrate stops. Syncs run in the background and are deliberately built so a failure on the other side never blocks a save — you record the work, and the sync catches up when the service is back. That's a design rule: an outage somewhere else should never be the reason someone can't do their job here.
- Do unsubscribes come back from my marketing tool?
- Yes. Consent flows in both directions on the marketing sync, so when someone unsubscribes or an address bounces, that comes back into Calibrate. You honor the opt-out and your list stays clean, rather than the two systems disagreeing about who wants to hear from you.
- Can quotes and invoices send from my own domain?
- Yes. Email goes out white-label from your verified sending domain rather than a generic no-reply address, so what lands in the customer's inbox looks like it came from your business. Managed email from your own domain is included on the Plus plan; you can also connect your own provider.
